राजकीय जनतंत्र को आर्थिक जनतंत्र में बिना तब्दील किये डॉ. बाबासाहब आंबेडकर का सपना पूरा नहीं हो सकता, समता सैनिक दल कहता तो रहा है पर कर नहीं रहा है. जिसका नतीजा धर्मान्तरित बौद्ध आर्थिक तंगी में जीवन यापन कर रहे है, उनके जीवन को सुखी जीवन नहीं कहा जा सकता. संघटन बनाना और उसे उद्धेश्पुर्ती में चलाना यह दो भिन्न बाते है. समता नाम से सुरु हुआ संघठन जब आर्थिक विषमता को गले लगा बैठा है तो उससे और क्या आशा की जा सकती है? अगर आशा की भी गयी तो वह कितने दिनों में पूरी होगी?

डॉ . बाबासाहब आंबेडकर ने समता सैनिक दल की स्थापना जिस उद्देश्य से की थी वह उददेश्य सफल होता नजर नहीं आ रहा है , आज इस संगठन के तुकडे हो गए हैं । आज समता सैनिक दलो का राष्ट्रीय कार्य कारीणी और राज्य कार्य कारीणी में तालमेल नहीं हैं , मेरा मानना हैं बाबासाहब ने समता सैनिक दल का जो बेस बनाया था उसे कायम रखते हुए एक राष्ट्रीय स्तर की कोअर कमेटी बनाईं जाए उस कमेटी में भारत के सभी राज्य के सदस्य हो , और यह कोअर कमेटी राज्य कार्य कारिणी को दिशा निर्देश और समता सैनिक दल का अभियान भारत भर फैलाने के लिए फंड मुहैया कराएगी ।
