Hon. L. R. Balley – A Living Legend in Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Movement who has worked with Bodhisattva Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar and carried his mission tirelessly since then to till date.
Nagpur people celebrated his 85th Birth Anniversary also Balley Saheb delivered a much needed lecture at Dr. Ambedkar in thoughts department of Nagpur University.

I met Sir,L.R.Balley at Katra Vaishnodevi on 8th May,2016 where he hadcome from Jalander to participate in 125th B.Day celebrations of Global Icon Bharat Ratana Baba Saheb Dr.B.R.Ambedkar.The meeting was organised by Indian Railways Employees under leadership of Mr Satish Borka. I saw Balley sahib after about 48 years,when I saw and heard him at Jammu. His voice and face impressions have matured with time but be carries the same vigor ,energy and human heart .He hearts still have many dreams about welfare of his SAMAJ. May he enjoy many more healthy,happy years to full fill his cherished dreams of cutting slavery chains of deprived section of all Indians in general and Dalits in Particular. I wish him all good luck.
